Yoga exercise on the deck of a sailing yacht:
Wake up and do your yoga at sunrise, and end your day with soothing sunset exercises, with personal instructors.
Guided meditation:
Find your inner calm using guided meditation techniques, that will help you relieve stress and fill your mind with peace.
Relaxing massage and reiki therapy sessions:
Treat yourself to relaxation in the form of wonderful massage and reiki energy harmonization, with help from our experienced therapists.
Spendid therapy sessions:
Foot reflexology, Hindu cranial therapy, facial massage with bamboo sticks, (Shabab), body peeling with coconut oil and Himalayan salt, decontraction massage, cupping therapy, Sakh mahat energy therapy with crystals.

Tour itinerary:
Day 1: Arrival and first touch of the sea
- Arrival at Hurghada, transfer from the airport to the port
- In case everyone arrives by 1:00 PM – setting sails and departure
- Anchoring at the cliffs, dinner under the stars
- Gentle evening yoga – relaxing the body, tuning into the rhythm of the sea
- Night on the yacht
Day 2: El Fanous coral reef and dolphin bay
- Morning yoga onboard – sun salutations, breathing techniques (pranayama)
- Snorkeling/diving at El Fanous
- Afternoon transfer to Shaab El-Erg (a location with frequent dolphin sightings)
- Meditation with dolphins – observation, perception of their energy and movement
- Dinner, night dive for those interested
Day 3–4: Dolphins, learning, and tranquility
- Staying at Shaab El-Erg (a beautiful horseshoe-shaped reef)
- Morning exercise – flow yoga for the spine and core
- Dolphin watching – their behavior, our peaceful learning from the Nature
- Snorkeling, swimming, relaxing in silence and the nature
- Evening breathing meditations and yoga nidra – deep inner calm
Day 5–6: Big Gubal island and lagoons
- Transfer to Big Gubal / Bluff Point (a fairytale-like island)
- Yoga on the beach – barefoot in the sand, with the wind and the sound of the sea
- Snorkeling at a nature-ruled wreck with the largest moray eels in the Red Sea
- Turquoise lagoon, sandy beach, a peaceful island for everyone (incl. non-divers)
- Silent meditation at sunset + chillout on the beach
- Night on the yacht in a beautiful bay
Day 7: Sunny side up, alive again comeback
- Last morning yoga session – giving thanks to your body, your breath, the sea
- Chillout time for sunbathing, swimming and packing for return journey
- Transfer back to Hurghada, spending the night on the yacht, or at the hotel
Day 8: Departure back home
- Breakfast and farewells to the group
- Transfer to the airport, return flight
